Kanan Alhassani
Kanan is the founder and president of Integrated Management Associates. He is an industry expert and an executive project management consultant and trainer providing national and international program management consulting, education and training services to a variety of industries. His work enables companies to achieve organizational effectiveness in integrating proven project management methodologies with an organization's product development process to achieve an accelerated time to market for products and services.

As a principal consultant with Mitchell Management Systems and an Executive Business Consultant with Lucas Management Systems, a leading project management solution provider, Kanan has over 17 years of experience in practicing program management as well as training and consulting his clients in a variety of industries both in the U.S. and over seas. His clients include IBM, Fidelity, EMC, State Street, CT-DPW, Osram Sylvanyia, Perrier Group, Aspen Technologies, DRC, Getronics and ABB to name a few.

In 1992 Kanan founded Integrated Management Associates a management consulting services firm focused on helping companies optimize their project delivery processes through the effective use of a variety of structured project and resources management tools and techniques. Kanan holds a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Wales U.K. and a MS degree in Engineering from Northeastern University. He teaches Project Risk Management at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and a founding member of the Boston Chapter of the Microsoft Project Users Group.

Jeanne McGuire
Jeanne is a senior consultant and seminar leader for Integrated Management Associates. She is also the principal and founder of The Focus Group, has trained thousands of individuals in American corporations and public institutions. She has designed skill training programs for all levels of management and staff to meet their customer, financial and human resource development objectives.

Jeanne provides facilitation to executive teams in strategic planning and aligned customized skill training in marketing, sales, customer service, management, team and project management and career development.

The Putnam Companies, Chemical Bank, Staples, Stop and Shop, Predictive Index, Computer Corporation of America, John Hancock, Motorola-Codex, Waters Corporation and SilverPlatter Information are a few of the corporations which use skill building programs on an ongoing basis that were especially designed for them.

Jeanne started her career at The New England Economic Research Institute and the Haldane Corporation in employment training research. Her designs for public/private sector partnerships in employment for the City of Boston and for Tampa, Florida have received recognition from the President's Commission on Employment Policy and Stanford Research Institute. Jeanne is currently a consultant to the welfare reform initiative for the State of Florida. She has lectured at Harvard University's School of Social Planning, the National Vocational Center at Ohio State University and other academic and corporate institutions on models of motivation and training for a diverse work force.

Sam Provil, PMP
Sam is a senior project management consultant for Integrated Management Associates. Sam possesses more than 20 years of professional project management and control functions experience, spanning several industries including aerospace / defense, engineering / construction, manufacturing, power, software, and transportation.

He specializes in the evaluation, specification, design, development, implementation of client project management system, including required processes, information systems, and training. He possesses a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Gannon College, and is a Certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Sam is an Adjunct Faculty at Duquesne University.

Richard Kimball
Richard is a senior project management consultant for Integrated Management Associates. He is also President of RWK Associates, a project management consulting company. He has over 40 years practical experience in Project Management, Contract Management and Procurement Management with Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Contraves Inc.

He is the Past Chairman of the PMI Publications Board and is listed in the "Who's Who of Project Management". He is very familiar with the Contract and Procurement requirements for obtaining the PMP Certification. He possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering and has been active in PMI since 1982.
